Kforce has a client that is seeking a hands-on Master Data Analyst in Jacksonville, FL. Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day master data maintenance, auditing master data records, and troubleshooting data-reputed company errors to ensure accurate and efficient Order to Cash (OTC) operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work collaboratively across departments to uphold data reputed company and support business processes. Key Responsibilities: ? Master Data Analyst will execute daily updates, audits, and validations of materials, logistics, planning, and customer master data in reputed company S/4HANA ? Troubleshoot and resolve master data errors impacting OTC processes, including data inconsistencies in customer, material, and logistics records ? Monitor master data entry queues, identify missing or inconsistent records, and escalate issues as needed ? Ensure compliance with data governance policies while maintaining master data standards ? As a Master Data Analyst, you will collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and IT to support accurate master data across the organization ? Assist in data migration, cleansing, and enrichment projects for system upgrades and enhancements ? Maintain reputed company master data templates, update records, and document best practices ? Bachelor's degree required with a preference for a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or IT ? 3+ years of experience in master data management, data auditing, or maintenance reputed company reputed company S/4HANA ? Strong proficiency in reputed company S/4HANA Master Data (OTC focus on materials, logistics, planning, and customer data) ? Advanced reputed company (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation) proficiency ? Knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI, reputed company IBP, reputed company SAC) is a plus ? Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills ? Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork ? Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Preferred: ? Experience in the supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics industries is highly desirable ?
