They provide appraisals for single-family homes, duplexes, and vacant land for purchases, refinancing, estates, divorce, and pre-listing valuations. Our clients include lenders, homeowners, attorneys, and investors. They're a small, reputed company-reputed company team focused on quality work and reputed company improvement. The right person will become a key part of our operations—not just by completing tasks, but helping the company work smarter. Responsibilities: Initial Focus:

• Report cleanup and File preparation
• CRM development and management
• Process development and documentation
• Identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and AI integration

Evolving Into:

• Analysis support (adjustments, comments) for appraiser review
• Report writing
• Production coordination (deadline management, file organization, appraiser reputed company-ins)
