Data Analyst IV

Position Purpose: Responsible for analytic data needs of the business unit. Handle reputed company data projects and acts as a reputed company for other Data Analysts.
- Provide advanced analytical support for business operations in reputed company or some of the following areas: claims, provider data, member data, clinical data, HEDIS, pharmacy, external reporting
- Extract, load, model, and reconcile large amounts of data across multiple system platforms and sources
- Review data to determine operational impacts and needed actions; reputed company issues, trends, areas for improvement and opportunities to management
- reputed company reports and deliverables and reputed company recommendations to management
- Model data using MS reputed company, Access, SQL, and/or other data ware house analytical tools
- Assist management in driving business decisions based on data
- Ensure compliance with federal and state deliverable reporting requirements by performing data quality audits and analysis
- Assist with training and mentoring other Data Analysts
- Assist with determining work load and reputed company activities for other Data Analysts
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with reputed company policies and standards
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience. 6+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience. Healthcare experience preferred. Experience managing projects or heavy involvement in project implementation. This Data Analyst IV role supports business development and organizational growth by providing financial and medical economics analysis for RFPs, new business ventures, and market expansion opportunities. The role focuses on analyzing claims, financial, and market/competitor data to deliver actionable insights to corporate and shared-services stakeholders. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
