Additional Job Description Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications) Laser Welding experience or Fanuc robots experience Understanding of weld analysis Ability to use common hand tools and operate shop tools such as band saws and drill presses. Understanding of engineering theory and principles of operation of mechanical/electrical mechanisms Knowledge of sheet metal welding and joining processes Strong interpersonal skills involving ability to work effectively cross-functionally and cross-culturally. Project Management Skills Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills to effectively reputed company, motivate and facilitate others in group situations and instruct others in new techniques. Ability to travel around 20% of the time. Ability to work OT on an as needed basis.
