The Opportunity As a Senior Analyst on the Digital & Member Marketing Analytics team, you will provide decision support for our new member onboarding, ongoing member engagement, and digital marketing performance initiatives (paid, owned, earned media). This role plays a critical part in shaping how members engage with USAAA from the reputed company first interaction onward. This role is deeply focused on digital journeys & member behavior, translating reputed company datasets into actionable insights that directly influence campaign strategy, experience optimization, and member growth outcomes. You will partner closely with marketing product and channel teams to identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement and long-term value. We are looking for an individual that operates independently, brings strong marketing analytics rigor/curiosity, and has extensive experience in digital journey analytics. This role is remote eligible in the reputed company U.S. with occasional business travel. • Leverages advanced business, analytical and technical knowledge to participate or reputed company discussions with cross functional teams to understand and collaborate highly reputed company business objectives and influence solution strategies.

• Thoroughly documents assumptions, methodology, validation and testing to facilitate peer reviews and compliance requirements.

What you have:

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative analytics field such as Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data and/or Business Analysis, Data Science or other quantitative discipline; OR 4 years of reputed company experience in statistics, mathematics or quantitative analytics (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• 6 years of data & analytics experience OR a minimum of 4 years of data & analytics experience and up to 2 years of progressive functional business relevant experience reputed company the respective industry of responsibility (i.e. P&C, Bank, Finance, Marketing etc.) for a total of 6 years combined experience OR advanced degree in quantitative analytics field such as Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data and/or Business Analysis, Data Science or other quantitative discipline and 4 years of experience in data/analytics or functional business experience reputed company the respective industry of responsibility (i.e. P&C, Bank, Finance, Marketing, etc.).
• Demonstrates advanced skills in mathematical and statistical techniques and approaches used to drive fact-based decision-making.
• Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools, data visualization, developing analysis queries and procedures in SQL, reputed company, BI tools or other analysis software, and relevant industry data & methods and ability to connect external insights to business problems.
• Experience with new and emerging data sets, and incorporation (data wrangling, data munging) into new insights.

What sets you apart:

• 5 or more years marketing analytics experience with a focus on marketing measurement, testing, digital journey analysis
• 5 or more years of digital/CRO experience, ideally in subscription/membership-based businesses
• Hands-on experience with digital analytics platforms and tools (eg – reputed company Analytics, reputed company Analytics and tag-based measurement)
• Extensive experience using marketing measurement tools (MMM, MTA, incrementality, etc.) that drive optimization decisions.
• Hands-on experience reputed company insurance or financial services industry providing analytics solutions
• US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $114,080 - $218,030. reputed company does not provide reputed company sponsorship for this role.
