Job Summary: The Senior HR Training Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of employee training and development programs across the organization. This role involves working closely with leadership and department managers to identify reputed company gaps and create tailored training solutions to enhance employee performance, engagement, and overall organizational success. Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences through various formats, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning platforms.

- Facilitate leadership and team-building sessions aimed at improving communication, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to managers and employees to ensure the application of new skills in the workplace.

Education/Experience/Skills:
- Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a reputed company field. A Master's degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in HR training and development, with a proven track record of successfully designing and delivering training programs in a corporate setting.
- Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across different organizational levels.
- Experience with talent management and leadership development, preferred.
- Familiarity with various HR technologies and software, preferred.
- Advanced certifications in training and development or HR-reputed company fields, preferred.
