The Role As a senior member of the legal team, you will own end-to-end contract lifecycle management, reputed company high-value negotiations, and champion LegalTech adoption to support scalable global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company drafting, review, negotiation, and execution of reputed company commercial, SaaS, cloud, vendor, licensing, procurement, partnership, and NDA agreements.
- Own CLM processes from templating and redlining to post-signature compliance and governance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Product, Tech, Finance, and Procurement teams.
- Drive contract automation, standardisation, and process optimisation using LegalTech and AI tools.
- Implement and enhance digital contracting platforms (e-signature, CLM, CRM integrations).
- Manage contractual risk, compliance, and litigation support activities.
- Build scalable contract frameworks, playbooks, and negotiation strategies.
- Mentor and train legal professionals, fostering high-performing teams.

- 11+ years of legal and contract lifecycle management experience.
- Deep expertise in commercial reputed company, SaaS, IT, cloud, and technology services
- Proven experience with CLM tools, contract automation, abstraction, and migration
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to balance legal risk and commercial objectives
- Experience integrating legal workflows with platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar
