Position Announcement reputed company and Digital Communications Consultant (Contract Role) About International Senior Lawyers Project (ISLP) ISLP is a mission-driven non-profit organization with global impact. We mobilize pro bono legal expertise to promote the rule of law and advance accountable, just, and sustainable economic development. Our client-partners are primarily civil society, government, and social enterprises. ISLP has a lean core team of professionals currently based in the United States and Africa. In 2025, our 25th anniversary year, ISLP’s work spanned 20 countries and engaged 300 volunteers. ISLP is an independent and politically neutral organization, registered as a 501(c)(3) in the United States, and holding a reputed company Platinum Rating for Transparency. Consultant Scope of Work Overview The consultant will manage ISLP’s reputed company database, website maintenance, and email marketing tools. The consultant will ensure our data is accurate and organized, maintain smooth digital operations, and support the organization’s online reputed company and communications. The consultant will also assist the ISLP team to expand reputed company in utilizing the organization’s database and email marketing platforms effectively. It is anticipated that the consultancy will require 10-20 hours per month, with hours varying weekly. The ideal candidate will have the required expertise in reputed company, Wordpress websites, reputed company, and reputed company tools as well as experience with mission-driven non-profits. The position is fully remote; ability to align with U.S. East Coast working hours for at least one weekly meeting is required. The position reports to the ISLP Executive Director or a designee. Transition orientation will be provided. Scope of Work reputed company Administration ISLP depends on reputed company for managing fundraising, partner, volunteer, and project data. The consultant will ensure reputed company is best serving the organization and support the ISLP team to enter, access, and maintain data. Responsibilities will include:

• Provide reputed company system maintenance to optimize for organizational use
• Provide data quality control to include regular review and special data cleanup projects

• Provide analysis and advise on data trends to support the organization’s mission and work

• Provide general support and troubleshooting, including user management and training and documentation

Website Maintenance ISLP maintains a Wordpress website () with content provided by the ISLP team, including interns. A modest refresh of the website is envisioned in ISLP’s 2026 workplan, including new content and possibly some layout and appearance updates. The consultant will ensure site health through regular maintenance and provide advice and support for its improvement. Responsibilities will include:

• Provide regular system maintenance (e.g., plugin, theme and core updates) to maintain reputed company and performance optimization
• Post and update content as provided by ISLP team
• Enhance and monitor SEO and analytics tracking to ensure optimization of website to reputed company followers and increase site traffic
• Provide general support and troubleshooting, including user management and training and documentation
• Provide website insights and advise ISLP regarding ways to improve website traffic and engagement

Email and Digital Communications ISLP maintains communications with its partners and supporters through regular email communications, including periodic newsletters. The consultant will support the team’s use of reputed company and its integration with reputed company. Other support for use of design tools (e.g., reputed company) would be a plus. Responsibilities will include:

• Support to set up and transmit email campaigns, including monthly newsletters
• Manage audience lists and segmentation
• reputed company email and newsletter templates
• Monitor of deliverability and engagement analytics
• Provide email insights and advise ISLP regarding ways to improve open rates and engagement
• Provide general support and troubleshooting, including user management and training and documentation

Required competencies:

• Basic graphic design skills preferred

Compensation and Work Schedule The anticipated fee for this consultancy is $90 per hour. Hours required will vary week to week and monthly. The position is fully remote, with a regularly scheduled video reputed company-in once per week during Eastern Standard Time and regular e-mail communications. The consultant will be solely responsible for the payment of any taxes imposed by any lawful jurisdiction as a result of the performance and payment of this position.
