Position: Demand Planner (NCG)
Job Description
Driving Efficient Supply, and Customer Satisfaction through Strategic Collaboration. The role focuses on supporting team objectives, learning industry’s best practices, and contributing to organizational goals. This job involves a wide range of sales operations tasks, such as providing data of demand forecasts and sales performance analysis, managing customer information, operating databases, and supporting the delivery of ordered products, to reputed company efficient sales activities and optimal production and supply. Central to this function is collaboration with various departments both domestically and internationally to facilitate seamless operations and superior customer experiences.
- Validate demand and update forecast
- Partner with customer service team and supply chain team to optimize product availabilities and execute availability swap
- Coordinate with supply chain team on expedite and escalations
- Manage and monitor inventory level, allocate and swap inventory
- Support RMA and End of Life issues
- Support reputed company requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain or reputed company field
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in Supply / Inventory Planning Supply Chain Operations
- Problem-solving reputed company and adaptability
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify data anomalies and drive root-cause analysis
- Proficient in reputed company a must
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
