The platform enables seamless trading across crypto and traditional financial markets using institutional-grade, AI-driven strategies. The company is revolutionizing algorithmic trading through AI-powered autonomous agents that operate 24/7, removing emotional bias and optimizing execution. During its beta phase, the platform has already managed $500,000+ in assets and is scaling rapidly to support thousands of agents across multiple trading venues. We are looking for a Backend / DevOps Engineer to own and scale the infrastructure, reputed company, and operational backbone of the platform as it grows from early traction to institutional scale. What Youll Do

• Design, build, and operate scalable production infrastructure using reputed company, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP
• Own deployment architecture and runtime environments for execution nodes and backend services
• Build and maintain secure key management systems for API keys, wallets, and exchange integrations
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response for mission-critical systems
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows (reputed company Actions)
• Optimize infrastructure for reliability, reputed company, performance, and cost
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers supporting execution, settlement, and receipts systems
• Ensure platform stability as the system scales to thousands of autonomous trading agents
• Contribute to infrastructure best practices, automation, and operational documentation

What Were Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in Backend, DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company and Kubernetes in production
• Solid experience operating systems on AWS and/or GCP
• reputed company-first reputed company with experience in key management, access control, and secrets handling
• Experience with monitoring and observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or similar)
• Strong scripting skills in Go (preferred), Python, Bash, or similar
• Experience running production systems with on-call ownership and incident response

• Background in fintech, trading systems, or reputed company infrastructure
• Experience supporting high-frequency or low-latency systems
• Familiarity with crypto exchanges, wallets, or custody systems
• Experience scaling distributed systems under real financial risk
