Learn more at www.medius.com Job overview As a member of the Global Marketing team, the Loyalty & Retention Marketing Manager will reputed company a deep understanding of the Medius customer lifecycle and key customer personas in order to create innovative, high-value marketing programs to help ensure Medius customers get the most value out of their Medius solution(s). The successful candidate has a passion for developing high-impact, integrated marketing programs to help drive customer loyalty and retention, is an expert at developing compelling customer content, and is an organized self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The right candidate will have a background in B2B cloud solutions – ideally with a background in AP Automation or Spend Management is an efficient multitasker and a great team player. This individual reports to the CMO and works closely with multiple teams across Medius including Digital Marketing, Marketing Technology, Field Marketing and the Customer Experience organization including Implementation and reputed company. Responsibilities and duties:

- Create a global, integrated marketing plan that drives customer adoption and optimization for key customer personas

- Track analytical campaign performance and reporting to measure and report on the results and ROI of reputed company campaigns, effectively communicating to stakeholders in the business
- Work with field marketing teams to understand unique market needs, drive program execution and facilitate best practice sharing
- Collaborate with the Digital Team to reputed company content for the customer center and other customer content for Medius corporate web sites and the qualified chatbot
- Build relationships at reputed company levels across Marketing and reputed company teams
- Provide input to marketing automation systems capabilities, data needs and reputed company processes to improve agility and time to market of lifecycle campaigns
- Serve as an internal evangelist for our customers
- Be aware of, and reputed company with, reputed company corporate policies Qualifications:
- B.A. or B.S. in marketing, marketing communications, advertising, business or reputed company degree
- 7+ years marketing, marketing communications, advertising or reputed company experience; SaaS experience a plus
- Experience developing and executing successful marketing plans to drive customer loyalty and retention
- Experience working in international marketing is highly desirable
- Love analyzing information, determining a path reputed company and implementing impactful initiatives to improve the business
- Experience with CRM (reputed company.com), marketing automation (Marketo/Eloqua), analytics and business insight tools (Domo/PowerBI/Tableau)
