About the Role

As a Senior Manager, Global Trade Licensing and Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to critical regulations such as the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and other global mandates that shape operations across our U.S. and international sites. This hybrid role is located in Rockford, IL, Phoenix, AZ, Charlotte, NC, or Windsor Locks, CT, and offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ITAR and EAR Export Authorizations requirements and drafting, providing expert guidance and support to the team
• Review, prepare, submit, and manage Export Authorizations (Licenses DSP-5, DSP-73, DOC licenses, Agreements MLAs, TAAs, Exemptions/Exceptions) to authorize the transfer of regulated hardware, technical data, software, and services
• Review and approve export transactional requests involving employee travel, visitor access, technical data exports, and hardware exports, ensuring compliance with reputed company relevant regulations
• Assist with investigations and reviews of possible Global Trade escapes and disclosures, contributing to the reputed company improvement of our compliance processes

Essential Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent reputed company, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined by the U.S. government

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
