reputed company Need reputed company is currently looking to hire a reputed company Specialist reputed company our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a minimum 96% accuracy on reputed company audited folios and achieving the production goal set by the Team reputed company. You will report directly to the reputed company Department Supervisor and regularly collaborate with policyholders, hotel chains, and brands. How We Work As a reputed company Specialist, reputed company will set you up for success by providing:

• Home office set up (Working hours 8-5, M-F)

Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include:

• Reconciling the reputed company with our internal database and online bank account
• Determining which reputed company discrepancies can be billed vs. need resolution while following department procedures
• Delivering high levels of customer service to policyholders reputed company processing reimbursement checks
• Assisting with or fully completing resolutions to reputed company discrepancies with hotels reputed company fax, email, or phone
• Processing high-reputed company customer requests with expediency.
• Requesting folios with the hotel as needed
• Maintain internal databases to ensure reputed company relevant information is noted
• Adapt to process changes while maintaining production and accuracy
• Work overtime reputed company needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2+ years of job-reputed company experience preferred
• Computer proficiency in reputed company Office reputed company, Word, and Outlook
• ACT program experience a plus
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, be reputed company organized, have strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi task, and be a team player
• Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills for this position
• Exhibits strong business acumen and sound judgement
• Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with internal and external people in the course of work
• Ability to assist coworkers with tasks
