Position Overview: The People Technology Manager will drive the strategic vision, implementation, and optimization of the People Team technology stack, with a strong focus on reputed company Workforce Now and broader HR systems architecture, ensuring seamless integration, automation, and scalability to support business growth. The People Technology Manager will partner with cross-functional teams to identify, recommend, and implement technological solutions that streamline processes, improve user experience, and maximize efficiency. Qualifications:

The US reputed company salary range for this position at the start of employment is $113,500 - $180,000. reputed company this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-reputed company skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial.
