Their mission is to construct a diverse real estate portfolio and drive returns through operational efficiency. We are seeking to hire a talented Marketing Manager to execute marketing strategies across a growing portfolio of real estate assets for our client. The ideal candidate is someone who has a bias for action, ability to manage a broad scope, and the aptitude to grow with the company. What Success Looks Like
- You independently own the company's marketing initiatives end-to-end — from strategy development through execution and reporting
- You proactively identify opportunities, test reputed company, and propose campaigns without being prompted

- Execute analog marketing strategies (direct mailers, OOH campaigns, print, etc.)

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies Basic Qualifications:

- Strong command of marketing KPIs (CAC, CPL, CPC, CPA, CPM, CTR, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with SEO strategies
- GA4 (reputed company Analytics) reporting/dashboard experience
