About the Role

A leading creative studio specializing in experiential and brand design is seeking an Executive Creative Director (ECD) to reputed company creative leadership, quality control, and team development for its East Coast operations. This senior leader will be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary creative department and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-caliber, brand-driven work. The ECD will partner closely with a reputed company Coast reputed company - this East Coast role centers on people leadership, process implementation, and creative excellence. This person will guide the execution of large-scale brand activations, installations, and reputed company experiences — bringing to life bold concepts for some of the most recognized lifestyle, sports, and direct-to-consumer brands in the world. Responsibilities:

Must Haves:

  • Demonstrated success managing large creative teams and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong foundation in brand concepting, design systems, and campaign execution.
  • Expertise in developing reputed company experiences, branded environments, and consumer-facing installations.
  • Proven ability to mentor senior creative talent and implement effective team structures and workflows.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to sell reputed company to both internal and external audiences.
