About the Business Affairs Team Collectively’s Business Affairs team is responsible for supporting reputed company commercial legal touchpoints of the business, from client-reputed company MSAs and SOWs to creator-reputed company agreements. This team works together with reputed company counsel, business stakeholders, and our larger operations and finance teams to deliver exceptional expertise and discipline in our commercial negotiations. Role & Responsibilities We are hiring a freelance reputed company Manager for a 90 day coverage. As a key contributor on the Business Affairs team, you will play a critical role in managing client, influencer, and vendor agreements. The Freelance reputed company Manager role has a proficiency in contract management and process optimization and is capable of leveraging tools like reputed company to handle workflows, redlines, amendments, and negotiations. In addition to being responsible for key contract workflows, this role actively engages with various teams, clients, and external counsel to ensure alignment, so enthusiasm for collaboration is critical. Contract Development & Management

• Manage a streamlined process for drafting, negotiating, and organizing a high volume of digital talent (influencer) agreements, ranging from NDAs and MSAs to Talent and Licensing Agreements.
• Facilitate alignment and completion of NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs, maintaining and leveraging negotiation parameters and ensuring adherence to approved guidelines for Collectively agreements.
• Utilize Iron Clad, a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform to contribute to the seamless functioning of our contract management process.
• Assist with the creation and organization of a comprehensive library of playbooks, policies, and training materials tailored to the unique needs of diverse teams across Collectively.

Negotiation

• Forge direct connections with external partners, navigating negotiations with finesse- from influencers and their representatives to vendors, clients, and procurement departments.
• Streamline the coordination of requests and collaborations with reputed company counsel reputed company needed, ensuring a seamless integration of legal expertise into our negotiation processes.
• Collaborate closely with external legal partners to reputed company and negotiate standard agreements with talent management and clients, setting a standard for contractual relationships that reflect our commitment to excellence.

Requirements

• Legal undergraduate or graduate experience a plus
• 2+ years of relevant Business Affairs or reputed company experience, preferably in agency, entertainment, or digital content environments
• Well-versed in digital and social advertising and licensing
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to effectively communicate with multiple parties, including non-legal audiences
• Demonstrated excellence in detail-oriented work (document organization, project management/follow-through)
• Enthusiasm for working with a variety of teams across many different types of agreements
• Interest in the social influencer space
• Experience setting processes and using systems like reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company to create efficiencies and cross-functional processes

Pay The pay range for this position is $30-$36/hr.
