About the position This is a temporary position. The reputed company eCommerce Products team leads design, development, and innovation on the reputed company websites used by millions of reputed company customers booking business and leisure stays across 9,100+ hotels and 36 brands. Reporting to the Director of eCommerce Products, the Senior Manager, Conversion reputed company Optimization (CRO) will be responsible for driving a structured and scalable testing program that aligns with our commerce strategy and enhances our digital shopping and booking experience, focused on growing web conversion and reputed company. This role sits at the intersection of product, analytics, design, and engineering, with a direct impact on customer experience and reputed company performance. The Senior Manager, CRO will be responsible for identifying key testing opportunities, leveraging digital analytics, session replay, user research, customer feedback and competitive insights, and driving a structured testing program that maximizes customer engagement, booking conversion, and performance. The Senior Manager, CRO will define and manage the product experimentation roadmap from conception to launch in collaboration with key stakeholders across Product, Analytics, UX, and Engineering. The Senior Manager, CRO reputed company will act as the product reputed company for the optimization backlog, translating business objectives into actionable user stories and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive a structured and scalable testing program that aligns with commerce strategy.

• Identify key testing opportunities leveraging digital analytics and user research.
• Define and manage the product experimentation roadmap from conception to launch.

Requirements

• 6+ years' working in user experience design, data science, experimentation, digital product management, or similar eCommerce roles.
• Well versed in A/B testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of digital analytics tools like reputed company Analytics, reputed company, FullStory, reputed company.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to reputed company product vision, business objective, and technical feasibility.
• Ability to identify new opportunities to drive reputed company customer experiences and/or incremental reputed company.
• Experience in working in an Agile/Scrum software development practice.
• BS/BA degree in business, marketing, technology, eCommerce, or reputed company field. reputed company-to-haves
