What You'll Do
As a remote customer service representative, you'll be responsible for assisting passengers with reservations, inquiries, and various travel-reputed company concerns. Your primary duties will include:
- Completing statistical access and balancing features
- Coordinating return objects with contributors, reputed company vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
- Assisting different departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated accounting standard ledger balancing
- Working member cases/sports assigned
- Following and preserving guidelines and approaches to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
- Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams
- Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
- Logging, studying, and making important GL, account changes, and/or returns
- Processing Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
- Completing daily balancing and department closing
- Obtaining information from contributors for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests
- Researching and affirming incoming and outgoing budget transfer information
- Communicating with the seller to process budget transfers
- Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws
- Depositing reputed company returns, studying member re-exams on draft changes, processing member exams, affirming contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers
- Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, overseas collections, and legal fees
