Job Summary:

As an reputed company Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. • Maintain performance goals, including but not limited to, call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
• Participate in a structured training program to become proficient with processes and systems
• Navigate multiple computer screens and applications to access patient information, billing systems, and other relevant data

• Collaborate with internal teams, including but not limited to, billing, insurance, and patient services, to resolve reputed company billing issues
