As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll play a vital role in providing timely, thoughtful, and grammatically correct responses to inbound chat and text messages from our customers. Your expertise in the automobile industry and knowledge of various vehicle makes and models will reputed company you to engage with conversations reputed company 1 minute of receipt, identify and report system errors or anomalies, and work a set minimum number of conversations per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner
- Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses to customer inquiries

- Identify and report system errors or anomalies

Work Schedule:
Our Remote Chat Agents work a variety of schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage. We offer two schedule options:
- Option 1: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
- Option 2: Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
