Overview of the Role
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. You'll work closely with customers to understand their appliance needs, manage delivery and installation scheduling, communicate backorder updates, and provide solutions to their appliance-reputed company challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage walk-in traffic and provide exceptional customer service
- Project manage delivery and installation scheduling for clients' needs
- Communicate backorder updates and provide solutions to customers
