The Role
As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients' website visitors. You'll be responsible for answering incoming customer live chats, evaluating customer interactions, and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager reputed company necessary. Your primary goal will be to deliver quick, accurate, and personalized assistance to customers, while promoting interest in our clients' products and services.
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluate customer interactions and reputed company issues to Online Chat Manager reputed company appropriate
- Create relationships with new customers to reputed company understand and reputed company their needs
- Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately
- Promote interest in client products and services
