Key Responsibilities:

- Handling high-volume customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Performing data entry tasks, including entering patient and medication information into our systems, handling patient medicine requests, and processing top-off orders

- Settling outsider oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for handling, as per individual arrangement prerequisites
- Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary
- Acquiring a dynamic professional license or certification reputed company the initial 90 days and maintaining a reputed company license or certification
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills, including starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to reputed company and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online
