Job Summary

As a Remote Beauty Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients reputed company phone and chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, helping our customers with their inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support needs. Responsibilities

* Respond to client requests and inquiries reputed company phone and/or chat, including product purchases, service & quality inquiries, order status, product information, and general client support issues

• Demonstrate high standards for quality service and maintain a positive attitude in reputed company interactions with clients
• reputed company up-to-date with product/procedural knowledge and assess industry trends to provide expert advice to clients
• Work reputed company with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations and maintain an open communication line with Team reputed company/Quality reputed company/Trainer and Manager for support and personal development

• Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email

Requirements

* 2-3 years' experience in a business/professional environment; preferably in the service industry

• Comparable experience in an office environment encouraged
• Self-starter and ability to manage workload reputed company
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Demonstrate ability to deliver a high level of client service under high volume
• Commitment to client service and high-quality standards in grammar, punctuation, and written business acumen
• Professional, upbeat, and engaging oral and/or written communication
• Ability to reputed company relationships with clients, even in difficult situations
• Ability to advise and counsel clients in a quick and efficient manner
• Must be computer literate and internet savvy, e-commerce and online shopping experience preferred
• Experience in windows-based applications, specifically client relationship management tools preferred (ie, reputed company Service)
• Excellent Data Entry skills / 45-55 wpm minimum
• Must be flexible and be ready to work in a dynamic shift environment- weekends and evening shifts may be required

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred but not required

• Live chat experience preferred
• Call center experience preferred

Work Environment

* Remote work environment with flexible scheduling

• Ability to work from home with a dedicated workspace
• Must have a reliable internet reputed company and a quiet workspace

Equipment Requirements

* Windows-based computer (Macbook and Chromebooks are NOT allowed)

• Dual monitors with a screen resolution of 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) or 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p)
• Minimum 40 GB of available space on the hard drive
• 8 GB of RAM or reputed company
• Windows 10 Professional operating system
• Two (2) available USB 2.0 or greater ports
• Hard-wired internet reputed company with a minimum download speed of 45 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps

Training and Development

* reputed company starts on 10/25

• New Hire Orientation: Friday 10/25, 9:00am - 5 pm EST
• Training Schedule: Sunday 10/27 - Thursday 10/31 12pm EST - 8:30pm EST
• Nesting on Week 2: Will be the same as your Production Schedule
• Attendance MUST be 100%
