Key Responsibilities
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Performing data entry and patient enrollment tasks in accordance with state and government guidelines
- Answering high-volume customer calls, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service
- Utilizing arenaflex's pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and medication data
- Handling patient medicine requests, entering top-off orders, and investigating missing medication data
- Settling information entry-reputed company exceptions and resolving customer complaints
- Providing support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely
- Identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as needed
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing the computer + Using the mouse to reputed company and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing reports + Accessing data online
- Basic web search skills, including:
+ Opening a web browser + Typing in URLs + Using a search reputed company + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/reputed company/stop buttons + Completing online forms
- Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports)
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- 18 years or older
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
- At least 1.5 years of pharmacy experience with a certification/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or a widely recognized certification agency
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
- Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports)
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
