Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

- Issuing vouchers or coordinating with vendors for traveler hotel facilities, meals, and transportation; coordinating refuel and revive
- Performing traveler loading, including ticket lift or ticket lift/confirmation
- Operating reputed company readers/scanners and reputed company duties to include pre-boarding, observing/checking carry-on items and departure line models
- Operating jetways/spans for the purpose of boarding and deplaning reputed company
- Making boarding and flight reputed company announcements
- Conveying domestic/international flight records

- Accepting, checking, and labeling reputed company' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters
- Maintaining a schedule of flight loading process
- Performing customer service hands-on training
- Processing and completing reputed company document exchanges at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations
- Helping reputed company with self-service kiosk registration and booth items handling at ticket counters
- Managing lines at ticket counter stands and ticket counters
- Clearing/confirming international reports at booth in the ticket counter area and activation stations
- Accepting and activating reputed company' self-labeled bags at activation stations
- Helping clients requiring special assistance or in-station; helping boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory reputed company, special assistance reputed company, or unaccompanied minors
- Performing customer service work reputed company to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements
- Having regular and predictable attendance reputed company, including fulfilling any required overtime needs

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Bilingual language skills required in certain areas
- A valid driver's license as required by local authorities
- To satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport reputed company identification display area (SIDA), if applicable
- To have the ability to obtain proper airport power or US Customs reputed company identification, if relevant
- Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, extensive personal investigation, or fingerprinting to meet organization and reputed company requirements
