Job Summary:

This role will report to the Ranking Director of Healthcare Client Support. What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Client Support Supervisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Developing a captivating team experience through various leadership initiatives
• Leading team meetings and clusters to convey critical business updates and drive colleague engagement, commitment, and timely execution of drives
• Participating in and owning the performance audit process for reputed company leaders in your team
• Fostering seat strength for Pharmacy Healthcare through successful training, feedback, and development plans for your leaders
• Maintaining and executing new leadership onboarding drives to improve the career path experience
• Contributing to Vital Planning and driving Change Management for drives (Open Strategies refinement, Client Experience Improvement Drives, Tweet feedback execution, etc.)
• Working with an eagerness to learn, share, and receive feedback
• Working with a grasp of grasping, undivided attention, persistence, reputed company, and consideration to clients and individual colleagues
• Working with a sense of interest to identify and implement process enhancements that would improve the client experience, employee experience, or operational efficiencies
• Driving Labor force Planning exercises for the business through collaboration with the WFM team (reputed company Line Management, Overtime and VTO management, Maintaining Staffing records and Team Tasks)
• Ensuring Regulatory Compliance rules are complied with for Pharmacy Tasks reputed company to the PIC
• Participating in weekly call listening meetings to follow the healthcare client journey and drive improvement in the client experience
• Ensuring consistency with reputed company organization policies
• Establishing relationships with key partners in Marketing, Product, Business Intelligence, Quality, Labor, and Learning and Development to build trust and construct organizations
• Performing other duties as assigned and required

What You’ll Need:

* 5+ years of multi-channel contact center management experience or Healthcare/Pharmacy Services experience or equivalent experience

• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing objectives and willing to "focus in" to tackle various challenges
• Demonstrated teaching abilities that can influence both frontline staff and leadership
• Living reputed company 100 miles of Pittston, PA is required
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience (e.g., 5+ years industry experience in lieu of degree)
• Strong PC and web capability in a technology-driven environment
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (reputed company is a must)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, and agreeableness and ease in presenting data to a group
• Candidate should be flexible with scheduling as the position could include nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Position may require travel
