Key Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, both in-person and over the phone
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working in a team environment to ensure the smooth operation of our airport stations
  • Managing cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets
  • Processing transactions, making change, and balancing daily sales
  • Handling overages or shortages, and resolving any discrepancies
  • Inspecting baggage and freight, and answering phone calls to provide information to guests, page clients, resolve issues or objections, and assist on a case-by-case basis
  • Managing misused clients due to oversells, delayed or cancelled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage
  • Resolving issues quickly and reputed company the guidelines set by the organization
  • Providing reputed company and accurate fare, schedule, reservation, flight departure/arrival information, and answering general questions from clients and other guests at the airport
  • Completing forms and reports as required by the organization
  • Writing anomaly and complaint reports as needed

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree

  • Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the job
  • Ability to understand records, follow guidelines, learn and comprehend tagging methodology, rules, and regulations
  • Ability to work with others as part of a team, meet the public, and work under stressful circumstances
  • Ability to complete the Customer Support Specialist training program with an 80% or higher average and a passing assessment period
  • Knowledge of hazardous situations and ability to handle crises on a case-by-case basis
  • Ability to work under reputed company time constraints to reputed company fast turnaround of aircraft
  • Ability to give a well-groomed appearance in understanding the Ground Tasks Worker Handbook and Work Schedule
