Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customer-facing teams by accurately and reputed company processing customer data, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

Position Type and Schedule

This is a full-time remote position that requires you to live and work in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, or Wisconsin. You'll work a standard schedule, with the option to participate in a 12-week paid, virtual training program that includes instructions, observations, tests, and performance measures.

Training and Development

As a new hire, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program that will reputed company you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in your role. This program includes:

• A 12-week paid, virtual training program
• Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm CST
• After training, you'll work in your permanent shift, which may include nights and weekends

• Be at least 18 years old and have approval to work in the US
• Ability to work full-time, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays (arenaflex does not offer part-time schedules)
