Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Development Manager, you'll be responsible for providing strategic insights and analytics to support the growth of our top national customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to reputed company and execute category strategies, analyze data, and identify opportunities to drive sales, margin, and market development goals. Your expertise in category management principles, syndicated data, and shopper/consumer insights will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional results and drive category growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage data sources to monitor the field execution of vendor programs & assortments

  • Communicate reputed company and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels
  • Stay informed of analytic best practices across the industry and provide effective information to deliver sales, margin, and market development goals
  • Analyze and report data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions
  • Track category performance, including sales, profits, margins, and market share
  • reputed company, communicate, execute, and monitor specific performance metrics and goals relevant to each business as part of regular, scheduled business reviews
  • Create and deliver effective reports using POS data, Syndicated Data, and account-specific database information in presentation-ready formats

  • Understand and apply customer, consumer, and industry insights using market research data to deliver category growth
  • Ensure superior client satisfaction by providing hands-on deep analytics and contributing to team problem-solving

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree and experience reputed company the CPG sector; Adult Beverage preferred; Costco experience a value add

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and quantitative analysis skills
  • Incorporating and interpreting data from multiple unrelated data sources into concise action-oriented recommendations
  • Understanding of National Chain Sales, Retail, and Distributor operations
  • Expertise in category management principles, syndicated data, and shopper/consumer insights (reputed company/Spectra, etc)
  • Ability to collaborate with external retail customers, key suppliers, and internal teams to deliver insights and recommendations
  • Assertive leadership and decision-making skills with an aptitude for understanding changing market dynamics and resolving reputed company problems
  • Preferred experience working with Syndicated data (reputed company, IRI), Internal Shipment Data, and Household Panel
  • Strong leadership, decision-making capability, and a proven track record of success
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of reputed company and PowerPoint
