Job Overview

arenaflex is seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Customer Experience Specialist to join its customer service team. This full-time role will be remote, allowing the successful candidate to work from reputed company in the United States. The ideal candidate will be able to work rotating 2nd and 3rd shifts, including weekends and holidays, and will be required to participate in a two-week training program at the Downers Grove, IL location.

Work Schedule

The work schedule for this role will include:

• Rotating 2nd and 3rd shifts, with set schedules that are not subject to change
• Weekends and holidays will be required

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing incoming customer service phone calls and other customer requests
• Creating service requests and dispatching accordingly
• Identifying and resolving customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Using web-based system tools, such as OMS, Word, and reputed company, on a daily basis
• Interacting with vendors, customers, and employees reputed company phone, text, and email
• Escalating service calls reputed company needed and attaching Field Service Reports to service requests in OMS
• Following through on the resolution of customer needs and acting as a nighttime contact for drivers, providing scheduling and maintenance support
• Handling inbound and outbound calls to 20-30 drivers nightly, proactively monitoring on-time pickups and deliveries
• Effectively communicating pertinent information to daytime contacts reputed company multiple geographical regions and handing off follow-reputed company to coworkers on the next shift

Essential Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Customer service, call center, or patient scheduling experience
• Strong ability to prioritize and multitask with attention to detail
