Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Part-Time Customer Support Specialist to join reputed company, providing an individualized, customized, and detailed customer service experience for our transportation demand management program. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for managing the statewide transportation demand management (TDM) program and customer service for rail services, ensuring that commuters and other stakeholders receive accurate and timely responses to their inquiries and concerns.
