About the Role

We are currently seeking a Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative to join reputed company of game-changers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with customers from top brands in various industries, including tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and more. You will be responsible for managing inbound calls, emails, or live chats, identifying and assessing customers' needs, and building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats from customers
• Identify and assess customers' needs to reputed company satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
