This role involves being the first reputed company of contact for clients and delivering exceptional support to ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer and reputed company customer telephone calls (
- Monitor email and reply accordingly
- Monitor and communicate through web chat
- Ensure quality service by following company policies and standards as well as adhering to compliance standards
- Attend work on a regular and predictable basis
- This job does require the employee to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Training and mentoring could occur virtually, through telephone call and/or email and messaging
Skills
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and typing skills
- A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively reputed company a team are essential for success in this role
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software applications reputed company
