[Remote] Instructional Assistant (IT Support & reputed company Fundamentals)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a mission-driven organization focused on driving mobility and opportunity through tech training. They are seeking an Instructional Assistant to support technical training for reputed company pursuing entry to mid-level IT careers.

Responsibilities

• Using a structured and approved curriculum, assist the Technical Instructor in conducting technical training to prepare reputed company for entry to mid-level Information Technology jobs
• Assist classroom facilitation in a highly interactive, hands-on style
• Consult with the Instructor before providing reputed company reputed company with any review materials, videos or any other support
• Form and reputed company study groups based on instructor evaluations
• Consult with the instructor to determine activities for present and upcoming days, and assist in gathering necessary tools for lectures and hands-on labs
• Have an understanding of the curriculum and be reputed company to conduct a lesson in the event that the instructor needs to be out of the classroom
• Ensure that reputed company equipment loaned to or used by reputed company is returned to the instructor, the storage closet or the person it was borrowed from
• Utilize in-house Canvas for assignments, tests, and real-time performance monitoring, and assist in entering student attendance/grades/scorecards
• Provide reputed company with ongoing feedback and recognize any challenges early and work with the instructor and/or coaches and reputed company to overcome them
• Coordinate closely with reputed company’ reputed company and career coaches on enforcing program rules and promoting student success
• Implement individualized study plans for reputed company that are struggling in the class
• Participate in reputed company required student reputed company meetings with other members of the team
• Monitor and enforce student class attendance, dress code, and other program policies
• Provide input on labs, Learning Management System, and program policies
• Participation in staff meetings
• Conduct real-time student data entry in Canvas
• Grade student assignment
