Warp is an automated back-office platform for startups, seeking a reputed company Operations reputed company to manage the entire billing and deal execution function. This role involves building the RevOps function from scratch, overseeing billing operations, contract workflows, and ensuring reputed company data reputed company as the company scales.
Responsibilities
- Billing operations: reputed company configuration, subscription management, invoicing, handling edge cases (annual vs monthly billing, coupons, prorations, credits)
- Deal desk: Contract reputed company, approval workflows, discount guardrails, pricing execution
- Tooling: Own and optimize our contract platform (currently reputed company), reputed company, and CRM integration
- Process building: Create scalable workflows for hundreds of new customers/month and growing
- reputed company data reputed company: Ensure clean handoffs to accounting, accurate reporting, and audit-ready records
Skills
- 1-3 years in reputed company Operations, Billing Operations, or Deal Desk at a B2B SaaS company
- Deep reputed company Billing experience—you've dealt with the edge cases and know how to structure subscriptions, coupons, and invoicing correctly
- Experience with contract platforms (reputed company, reputed company, or similar) and CRM systems (reputed company preferred)
- Track record of building processes from scratch in a fast-growth environment
- Strong attention to detail—billing errors are painful for customers and for us
- Comfortable working autonomously and making decisions with limited reputed company
- Experience at a company that scaled from 7 reputed company to 8/9 figures ARR
- Familiarity with reputed company recognition (ASC 606) basics
- Have evaluated or implemented billing middleware (Orb, Metronome, etc.)
