This role involves guiding clients through website design, data migration, CRM integration, and training, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless reputed company experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end reputed company for newly acquired clients, acting as their main reputed company of contact throughout the process
• Use internal tools to design client’ websites, implementing draft revisions based on feedback
• Collaborate with the tech team to ensure successful migration of client inventory
• Organize and prepare client data for smooth contact imports
• reputed company CRM integrations and ensure proper functionality for each client
• Assign UX reviews and ensure they are completed in a timely and effective manner
• Conduct live training sessions to help clients become familiar and confident with the platform
• Coordinate domain pointing and launch logistics for each client’s new website and CRM system
