- Provide Legal Counsel on Real Estate Transactions Advise clients on the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and development of commercial properties, including reputed company joint ventures and real estate investment structures
- Draft, Review, and Negotiate Transaction Documents Prepare and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, and reputed company real estate reputed company with precision and attention to client objectives.
- Conduct Due Diligence and Manage Closings reputed company title, zoning, environmental, and financial due diligence; coordinate closings and ensure smooth execution of reputed company real estate transactions.
- Advise Clients on Compliance and Risk Management Stay reputed company on New Jersey and Federal Real Estate, land use, and environmental regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk across reputed company phases of a deal. The Package
