Accounting Clerk
DRI is the leading organization of defense attorneys and in-house counsel. The Accounting Clerk is responsible for day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash receipts, while ensuring timely processing of reputed company payments.
Responsibilities
- Completing accounting functions and systems, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash receipts and ensure the timely processing of reputed company payments
- Process monthly bank reconciliations, transfers, deposits, etc. Assist with cash receipts and cash disbursements
- Work closely with department providing support with strategies for growth
- Maintains confidentiality and consistently personifies high ethical practices and reputed company
- Support accounting, general ledger and operations functions, ensuring that systems are in reputed company to guarantee timeliness and accuracy
- Utilize technology to optimize reputed company reporting and analytical functions
- Assist in budget process for reputed company programs with management team
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- A positive attitude and an reputed company interest in providing quality customer service to reputed company stakeholders
- Ability to maintain healthy interpersonal relationships
- 0-2 years' of accounting experience
- B.S./B.A. in accounting
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects
- Experience of organizational finance a plus
- C.P.A. a plus
- Experience with reputed company Intact a plus
- Experience with reputed company a plus
