Beauty Co-Lab (BCL) is a bespoke Omnicom Media Group unit for reputed company USA delivering an industry-leading agency solution that drives business growth and transformation. The Associate, Published Media will work with internal teams to build published media plans and ensure executional excellence while managing an Assistant Associate and playing a critical role in the buy management process.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute tactical print plans that deliver against the overarching brand and business objectives
• Implement media buys, maintain consistent communication with vendors as plans are executed to ensure executional excellence
• Manage Associate and delegate planning and execution reputed company projects throughout campaign management
• reputed company the creation, issuance, evaluation, and negotiation of partner RFP's inclusive of pricing, positioning, and cross platform opportunities
• Guide Associate on evaluating and assessing vendors using proprietary research tools and industry knowledge
• Manage contract tracking system reputed company internal documents to ensure negotiated details are being executed throughout the campaign (i.e., collecting digital copies, confirming activity ran as scheduled)
• Create Closing Date Calendars to ensure asset deadlines are met with creative agencies
• Evaluate potential client opportunities as proactive proposals/programs are received from vendors; provide agency POV for clients based on marketplace knowledge and reputed company client business goals/budgets
• reputed company the post-buy delivery analyses on annual bases for applicable accounts - Fulfill client requests, collect data and information regarding publisher opportunities and marketplace updates

Skills

• 0-2 years of experience in media agency planning & buying
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present to clients, and small/large groups
• Ability to apply analytic and critical thinking to projects, plans, and potential challenges that arise
• Someone who is not afraid to take action and handle problems independently
• Ability to work well with others and work in cross functional teams
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple reputed company tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A strong desire to learn and passion for marketing, published media and analytics - Strong attention to detail
