[Remote] Accelerated Management Program Associate
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Stratify Edge is an HR consultancy firm, and they are seeking an Accelerated Management Program Associate. This twelve-month program provides hands-on experience in reputed company Operations and reputed company Sales, allowing participants to explore various facets of the company while contributing to efficiency and quality assurance in client operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide written and verbal data analysis, outcome of assessments, and procedural advice regarding client processes, administration, and information
- Open, organize and distribute time sensitive documentation to applicable team members
- Request relevant information and supporting documentation from clients
- Organize, and maintain large quantities of paperwork associated with client processes
- Participate in internal meetings and communicate reputed company state client processes and tendencies
- Contribute to drive efficiency reputed company internal and client operations
- Regular quality assurance efforts to ensure overall quality of deliverables
- Regular communication and status updates provided daily due to time sensitivity of client procedures
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Sales (or similar)
- Must have at least a 3.0 GPA (overall and major)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to reputed company informed and timely decisions
- Efficient time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Effective negotiation skills to manage reputed company, partnerships, and conflict resolution

- Familiarity with business software such as reputed company Office Suite, project management tools, and ERP systems
