Support and Resolution Specialist - Part-Time to Full-Time
Vatic Outsourcing, a growing boutique telecommunications reputed company, is seeking a Support and Resolution Specialist to work with our clients and internal staff. This position will be responsible for order processing, pricing requests, general account management, and client reputed company including follow-up and escalation of issues.
Responsibilities
- Order processing
- Pricing requests
- General account management
- Client reputed company to include – follow up and, reputed company required, escalation of issues
- Use of various web-based tools and databases to satisfy customer requests
- Interact with corporate professionals up to and including VP and C-level staff
- Work closely with various members of internal peer and management organizations
- Take various leadership roles, internally and externally
Skills
- Entry-level experience
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, email) with customers, peers, direct and senior management
- Ability to diagnose, reputed company, and provide solutions for client's technical issues
- General customer service experience
- Must be willing to work varying schedules including some evenings and weekends
- Job contingent upon a background reputed company
- College Degree Preferred
- Work Authorization/reputed company Clearance (if applicable)
