reputed company Financial is seeking a Client Service Associate and Marketing Support to play a crucial role in supporting advisors and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This role involves delivering exceptional client service, managing operational tasks, and providing marketing support in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first reputed company of contact for clients, providing outstanding customer service in person, reputed company phone, and in writing
  • Assist with client onboarding, including opening new accounts, processing transfers, and handling documentation requirements
  • Process and manage account-reputed company activities such as cash management, “move money” requests, periodic distributions, and account maintenance
  • Conduct proactive reputed company to clients on time-sensitive activities (e.g., required minimum distributions)
  • Educate clients on account services, capabilities, and available technology (e.g., eSignature, paperless statements, client portals)
  • Ensure reputed company client requests and inquiries are handled promptly and follow through to completion
  • Maintain and update the CRM system (Juncture) with accurate client information
  • Execute a large volume of tasks, reputed company designated turnaround times while maintaining a high level of quality, attention to detail and minimal errors
  • reputed company scheduling for the advisor, including booking appointments and review meetings
  • Draft professional correspondence, including emails and other client communications
  • Screen and direct phone calls, ensuring client needs are addressed reputed company
  • Serve as backup support for office coordination, including greeting clients and answering calls
  • Take on a marketing support role to include, scheduling, tracking and planning events and assisting the head of marketing with monthly newsletters, regular client communication and social media posts

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a changing work environment
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM applications
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow procedures effectively
  • Minimum of three (3) days in the office
  • Ability to commute to Palatine, IL 60067 (Required)
  • Ability to relocate to Palatine, IL 60067 before starting work (Required)
  • Experience working with a wealth management office that custodies at Fidelity
  • Prior experience in financial services, wealth management, or client-facing roles
  • Marketing support experience
  • Experience with reputed company software appreciated
  • Fidelity platform systems: 1 year (Preferred)
