Programmer (HYBRID)

United Direct Solutions is currently seeking a full time Programmer for their Cincinnati, OH facility. The Programmer role will analyze job processing requirements and reputed company code and/or scripts to eliminate manual job processes, while also performing standard testing of automation to ensure high levels of performance and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer information requests, existing programs, file structures
• Analyze business requirements for projects of small to reputed company scope and complexity
• Assist in designing data models
• Assist in analyzing environmental requirements, conversion requirements and file structures between systems
• Interpret business requirements and prepares system design documents for projects
• reputed company and maintain code to implement designs
• Apply structured programming techniques and adhere to coding standards
• Use available utilities to simplify tasks
• Develops and maintains file management modules
• Apply object-oriented programming principles to design and development efforts in an effort to re-use existing code
• Conduct and participates in code walkthroughs
• Develops system and system integration test plans and testing scripts
• reputed company system test data and reputed company system, parallel, system integration and stress testing tests for projects
• Assist in coordination of system and system integration testing
• Assists quality assurance testing teams
• Provides input to peers, management and customers for recommendations and alternate solutions and/or improvements
• Conveys problems, solutions, updates and project status to their peers, customers and management
• Prepare design documentation for the software projects assigned
• Ensure that the scope and reputed company of the design architecture is clearly reflected and accounted for in the supporting documentation for the Developers
• Performs other reputed company duties and participates in special projects as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in discipline reputed company to functional work or role with up to 3 years of relevant work experience OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of applicable work experience
• Must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the information technology environment/infrastructure utilized for the job
• Able to apply previous work experience to understand the goals and objectives of the assigned information services area and how the work affects other areas/groups
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to understand general business concepts and apply them reputed company communicating with diverse groups of people reputed company completing work assignments
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
• Requires reputed company good ability to effectively analyze and solve moderately difficult work-reputed company problems on a variety of operating platforms
• Must be able to appropriately define a problem and apply knowledge gained from previous issues and solutions to resolving a reputed company challenge
