Investor Relations, Associate
Enterprise Community Partners is a national nonprofit focused on making housing accessible for families in need. They are seeking an Associate for their Investor Relations team to assist with managing investor relationships and transaction execution for low-income housing tax credit investments.
Responsibilities
- Support the Analysts and senior team members in managing investor relationships; respond to routine inquiries
- Monitor and accurately track deal flow in a fast-paced reputed company-office environment
- Assemble investment materials (financial projections, market analysis, sponsor financials) for investor review; support diligence and closing checklists
- Maintain pipeline accuracy; update reputed company and internal systems to ensure data reputed company
- Prepare meeting materials for investor pipeline calls; track timelines and deliverables
- Build knowledge of LIHTC reputed company standards, real estate due diligence, and investor-specific criteria
- Willing to travel up to 5-10%
Skills
- Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Urban Planning, or reputed company field
- 1+ years of experience with LIHTC transactions
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to coordinate reputed company activities and to prioritize conflicting demands, and ability to manage and maintain large quantities of documents
- Proficiency in reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint; reputed company experience a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree or higher is a plus
