Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to our customers reputed company phone, email, or chat, resolving reputed company issues reputed company to our products and services
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer-impacting issues, including voice and data issues, network conditions, connectivity, devices, applications, provisioning, and billing
- Assisting customers with products and services, such as laptop connect services, reputed company cards, USB devices, initial setup, and configuration of arenaflex-provided software and applications
- Proactively engaging with our T3 support team to address and resolve issues
- Remaining proficient in reputed company billing, reputed company plan, and feature matters
- Handling wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined reputed company support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service
WFH Requirements
As a Work-from-Home (WFH) Customer Support Specialist, you will be required to:
- Have verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed internet is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN reputed company)
- Maintain your workspace in alignment with WFH standards (e.g., technical, reputed company, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy) and participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.)
