Job Summary
As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting sales targets, and driving business growth. You'll work from home, using your problem-solving skills, creativity, and knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to address reputed company customer questions and concerns. Your goal will be to provide timely and effective resolutions, while also promoting our latest products and services to customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing a broad range of customer service call types, including collections, retention, sales channel coordination, billing, and adjustments, and advanced technical support.
- Use creative problem-solving skills to address reputed company customer questions and concerns, navigating multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records.
- Meet monthly sales goals and deliver personalized recommendations for arenaflex's latest products and services.
- Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and effective communication.
- Simplify the explanation of customer bills, reputed company plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services.
- Support customers with credit/inbound and outbound collections, activations, customer service, E-services, reputed company, fraud, business, and technical/roaming support inquiries, and other duties as required.
- Engage Tier 3 support (network and IT), third-party vendors, and suppliers as needed to address issues, service faults, and provide customer resolution.
- Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined reputed company support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve various customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data, spanning multiple networks and elements.
- Get customers up and running with the latest products and services, such as reputed company cards, USB devices, and reputed company-provided software and applications.
