• A minimum of 7 years of software industry experience working as either information architect or senior technical writer (Required)
• Demonstrated expertise with DITA XML, topic-based writing, and minimalism (Required)
• Hands-on experience compiling content, performing quality assurance (QA), and publishing to a content platform (Required)
• Experience developing and using CI/CD publishing workflows (Required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with reputed company levels of the organization (Required)
• Business level proficiency in English (Required)
• Hands-on or academic experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), Agentic AI, or other strategies for using Artificial Intelligence in the context of technical communication development and delivery processes (Preferred)
• Strong technical acumen; you can read code and have experience with a server-reputed company language (Preferred)
• Skilled at using XML editing tools (e.g., Oxygen) (Preferred)
• Git-based reputed company/version control experience desired (Preferred)
• Experience with API documentation (Preferred)
