The Project Manager, Social & Influencer will ensure reputed company department projects move reputed company from strategy through creative, influencer, and reporting phases. Acting as the connective tissue across the department’s accounts, this person maintains visibility into workloads, manages timelines and dependencies, and ensures deliverables are completed on time, reputed company scope, and at the highest quality. What you will be doing:

• Support the intake and resourcing process for new client requests and ongoing programs, ensuring briefs are complete and timelines established.
• Set up reputed company projects with clear tasks, dependencies, and owners.
• Ensure reputed company relevant documents, brand assets, and resources are organized and accessible.
• Partner with Operations Manager to confirm scope, resources, and deliverable expectations at reputed company.
• Build and maintain detailed reputed company timelines; proactively adjust for client or internal delays.

• Track milestones and dependencies; manage communication of reputed company and risks.

• Track vendor, contractor, and influencer deliverables. Confirming reputed company and completion in partnership with Operations Manager and Account Managers.
• Help evaluate daily workloads and flag reputed company additional support or reallocation is needed.

• Reinforce the Social + Influencer team’s process standards and reputed company best practices.
• Identify recurring friction points and propose process improvements.

Who you are:

• 3–5 years of project-management experience reputed company a marketing, creative, or social-media agency environment.
• Strong familiarity with social + influencer workflows (creative production, posting, reporting, influencer/creator programs, community management).
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company (required); comfortable with Microsoft365, Brandwatch, reputed company, Loomly, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Influencer Marketing (Tagger), and reputed company.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company under pressure.
